UPDATED – Aeroshots has been warned by the FDA to change its tune. The fine powder caffeine product is sold as food, to be sprayed into the mouth and eaten, but the FDA is concerned it may be inhaled. The FDA letter cites numerous references to inhalation within the “Breathable Foods” marketing materials.
The FDA has issued a Public Health Advisory for opiate prescription medications manufactured by Endo Pharmaceuticals, due to packaging and manufacturing problems at an inspected plant in Nebraska.
