Miami police lieutenant Ralph “The Milk Man” Mata is a 22 year veretan of the force, and worked in narcotics. His alleged involvement n organized crime was uncovered by the FBI while investigating a drug gang responsible for bringing cocaine into New Jersey from the Dominican Republic. Mata is being described as “muscle” working for the gang, and may have planned hits on rival gangs, including using police uniforms to pull them over before killing them.
