Sometimes, that after-party trip to Taco Bell just isn’t worth it. A man from Deltona, Florida found this out the hard way when he was arrested and charged for DUI after falling asleep at the wheel–with burrito in hand.

Locals first notified police about 36-year-old Daniel Hernandez when they saw him drifting back and forth across the road. Hernandez did manage to stop at a traffic light, where he spent 15 minutes idle, even after the light turned green multiple times, the Daytona Beach News-Journal reports.

Police found Hernandez asleep at the wheel, though still clutching his half-eaten burrito. Officers pounded on the car window for 10 minutes trying to wake Hernandez up. When that didn’t work, police broke the windows of Hernandez’s car and pulled him out, according to reports.

It took another three minutes for Hernandez to wake up after he was out of the car. He was arrested after he blew .177 %BAC  (over twice the legal limit) on a breathalyzer test, the Daytona Beach News-Journal reports.
