Whitney Houston Cause of Death: Cocaine Abuse, Drowning

LA County Coroner report on Whitney Houston cause of death.

The LA coroner has released findings of the Whitney Houston autopsy. She died of accidental drowning.

The medical inspection noted cocaine and cocaine metabolites contributed to her death, as did her poor cardiac condition, a result of chronic cocaine abuse. Also present in her system but not believed to have contributed to her death: Xanax, marijuana, Flexeril, and Benadril.
